At Brentwood Medical Aesthetics, we are dedicated to providing safe, ethical, and high-quality medical aesthetic treatments. By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. 

• A consultation may be required before certain treatments to assess suitability and discuss treatment options.
• All clients must provide accurate medical history and information to ensure their safety and the effectiveness of their treatment.
• The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day of your appointment. 
• All treatments must be paid in full on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, as well as Paypal.
• Prepaid treatments and packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

•  We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Refunds are not provided once a treatment has been completed.
• Prepaid treatments are non-refundable but may be transferred at the clinic’s discretion.

• Results vary depending on individual factors such as age, lifestyle, and skin condition.
• While we aim to achieve optimal outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed.
• Some treatments may require multiple sessions for best results, as discussed during your consultation.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications (including over-the-counter and supplements) prior to treatment.
• The clinic cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed information.
• If your medical condition changes between treatments, please notify us immediately.n that addresses their unique needs and concerns.

•  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients.
• In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited.

• For safety reasons, children under 16 and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment rooms.
• Clients under 18 must have parental consent for any consultation or treatment.

• All personal and medical information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with data protection laws.
• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

• With your consent, before-and-after photos may be taken for clinical documentation and/or marketing purposes.
• Clients have the right to refuse photography or public use of their images.

• The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if the client behaves in a disrespectful or abusive manner.
