Return and Refund Policy

At Brentwood Medical Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

• We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
• Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
   

• Treatment services: Once a treatment has been provided, refunds are not available. Results can vary from person to person, and while we strive for optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.
• Prepaid treatments or packages: Refunds for prepaid treatments are not offered; however, the value may be transferred to another treatment or client at the discretion of the clinic.
• Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare or injectable products purchased are non-refundable once opened or used.
• In the rare event of an adverse reaction or medical concern, we will review the case and determine appropriate next steps in line with medical advice.
   

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
