At Brentwood Medical Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
- Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Refunds
- Treatment services: Once a treatment has been provided, refunds are not available. Results can vary from person to person, and while we strive for optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.
- Prepaid treatments or packages: Refunds for prepaid treatments are not offered; however, the value may be transferred to another treatment or client at the discretion of the clinic.
- Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare or injectable products purchased are non-refundable once opened or used.
- In the rare event of an adverse reaction or medical concern, we will review the case and determine appropriate next steps in line with medical advice.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
